We have decades of experience with traditional, breathable, lime mortars. Plastering both internal and external surfaces using materials sympathetic to the functional and aesthetic requirements of historical buildings.
Modern materials such as cement and gypsum are dense and impervious and notoriously bad for building conservation, causing structural damage, damp problems and even total collapse in the case of cob buildings that have been rendered inappropriately.
We pride ourselves on our 'trademark' contoured plastering which follows the natural contours of the wall as required and allows both cob and stone buildings to breath.
